I believe food brings people together.

Growing up in New York City, food was never just about eating, it was how my family showed love. Surrounded by the city’s energy and diversity, my palate was shaped by countless cultures and flavors. Freshly made meals from my parents and grandparents were part of everyday life, while watching my uncle train as a chef sparked my curiosity about the dedication and artistry behind every dish.

After high school, I trained at the Culinary Institute of America, building my technical foundation, and honed my craft in celebrated NYC kitchens, including NoMad Hotel — then part of the Eleven Madison Park family — Crown Shy, and Atoboy of the Atomix team. In 2023, I completed a fellowship at El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain, one of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, gaining insight into Spanish cuisine and its modern, avant-garde approach.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I began the next chapter of my career as a private chef, shifting my focus towards creating personalized experiences, ranging from full-time family support, weekly meal prep, intimate dinners and holiday gatherings.

My goal is to bring intention, warmth, and a deep-rooted love of food to every table. Growing up in a Latin household and with NYC as my backyard, I learned the importance of bold, thoughtful flavors, and my professional experience honed my technical skill. I specialize in nutritious, seasonal, and locally-sourced meals that celebrate quality ingredients, support local businesses, and accommodate dietary preferences. Every menu is carefully crafted to reflect both the season and the unique tastes of my clients.
